Shoukat khanum Is a well known  part of today's Pakistan you will hardly find any one in Pakistani community who is  not aware of this speciality hospital.
There are two big reasons for this being a popular and positive fact:

• First it was created with the sole  effort and passion of already a  cricket hero 'Imran Khan" ,His cause was genuine and there was a definite need for this kind of institution and hospital met success and support.
•  Second part was hard but it proven by its work that "Shoukat Khanum Hospital" is a success!, Patients come from all over the Pakistan to get treated here, People who can afford have good things to say about  professionalism, followup and focus in "Shoukat Khanum" hospital. Same people also describe that 80% patients re under free treatment... and general image is that too, 

 Living in Lahore we do get to see people begging with "Shoukat Kanum" files or prescription in there hands, that their loved one  are told to get money for these tests or meds, ...We like to believe its not true, however would like to hear the actual story from hospital management itself.
